Waterproofing and Soundproofing
We offer measurable and guaranteed insulation solutions supported by engineering knowledge in Didim, Bodrum and Kuşadası.
Acoustic Measurement and Analysis
The sound level and reverberation of your space are measured with professional equipment. We identify noise sources and determine the most suitable insulation solution.
Soundproofing Systems
We implement multi-layer wall, ceiling and floor insulation systems for neighbor sounds, impact noise and airborne sounds.
Waterproofing Solutions
We apply membrane systems and protective applications compliant with standards against underground water pressure, rainwater and moisture problems.
Moisture Control and Condensation Prevention
We analyze moisture and condensation problems occurring on walls and ceilings, offering permanent solutions against mold and dampness.
Floor and Foundation Insulation
We implement drainage systems and professional insulation applications against water leakage in basements and foundation levels.
Testing and Quality Control
We verify and report the performance of the insulation system through water pressure tests, sound measurements and thermal imaging.

Can sound insulation be applied to existing structures?
Yes, sound insulation can be applied to existing structures. Different methods are used for walls, ceilings, and floors. Walls are insulated with rock wool panels or acoustic foam, covered with drywall. Acoustic insulation is provided in ceilings with suspended ceiling systems. For floors, floating floor systems or acoustic underlays are used. Sound transmission points are identified during site survey and the most effective solution is determined. Weak points such as windows and doors are especially reinforced.

How much noise reduction does sound insulation provide?
The effectiveness of sound insulation varies according to the applied material and method. With professional application, external noise levels can be significantly reduced. Rock wool and acoustic panels have high sound absorption capacity. Double-glazed windows and special door seals also minimize sound transmission. The current situation is analyzed through measurements and target noise reduction level is determined. Different results can be achieved for each project, which is why site survey and measurement are critical.

What areas require waterproofing?
Waterproofing is applied to all areas in contact with water or at risk of moisture. Bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, terraces, and roofs are priority areas. Basements, water tank surroundings, and ground floor walls are also critical points. Wall-floor junction points, drain connections, and corners especially require special attention. In new buildings, it is ideal to apply during construction phase, and in existing buildings during renovation. Proper application provides long-term protection and prevents structural damage.

What waterproofing materials do you use?
We use tested materials compliant with international standards in our projects. Bitumen-based membrane systems (APP/SBS modified), liquid polyurethane-based coatings, EPDM rubber membranes, and cement-based two-component waterproofing mortar are our main materials. Material selection is made according to surface type, usage area, and climate conditions. All our materials are TSE and CE certified. We recommend the most suitable solution for you after site survey.
