  • How long does it take to prepare a structural project?

    The project preparation period varies depending on the size and complexity of the structure. During this process, soil data are analyzed, 3D modeling is performed using finite element–based analysis software, seismic analysis is carried out, and all load-bearing structural elements are dimensioned. Upon completion of the project, a complete set of drawings is delivered, including detailed plans for columns, beams, shear walls, and foundations.

  • Can a structural report be prepared for existing buildings?

    Yes. A structural assessment report can be prepared for existing buildings. This report analyzes the current condition of the building’s load-bearing structural system, seismic performance, material quality, and structural damages. Prior to strengthening works, additional floor construction, or renovation, an existing condition assessment report must be obtained. A detailed report is provided based on concrete strength testing using a Schmidt hammer, reinforcement detection, and crack analysis.
