  • Do you provide daily reports?

Yes. We present all progress in the form of regular reports.

  • Who prepares the progress payment reports?

Progress payment reports are prepared by our project management team. Quantities of completed works are measured, unit price analyses are carried out, and all items are documented with photographs. The reports are submitted for approval by both the employer and the contractor. This process prevents overpayments or incomplete work deliveries. All progress payments are calculated in accordance with the contract terms and current market unit prices.
