    Properly applied exterior facade insulation provides 30-50% savings on heating and cooling expenses. In winter, the indoor temperature is maintained for a longer period, and in summer, the external heat penetrates inside later. With an insulation board thickness of 5-8 cm, the heat transfer coefficient can be reduced below $0.35 text{ W/m²K}$. The investment cost typically recoups itself with energy savings.

    A performance of 10+ years is expected from quality systems; maintenance is recommended.

  • Which material should be preferred?

    The decision for exterior facade cladding and thermal insulation must be meticulously made, taking into account the building's climate zone, budget, and fire safety requirements. In our projects, we prioritize materials that offer a low Thermal Conductivity Coefficient (lambda value $< 0.065 text{ tW/mK}$). Our most common preferences are Graphite EPS (Expanded Polystyrene), which balances budget and insulation performance, and Rock Wool, which has A1 class non-flammability and also offers excellent sound insulation for high-rise buildings and structures where fire safety is critical. In special areas like foundation insulation exposed to water, we prefer high-pressure and moisture-resistant XPS (Extruded Polystyrene) panels. The correct thickness and material selection are made in accordance with the TS 825 standard, maximizing energy efficiency.
